hi all remember last time we told you about the duty roster for packing up in m4 after dazus? we assign finish already so here are the groups:
*before the slash (/) are the week3 people from sec2,3
*after the slash are the week4 people from sec1,4

M4 main door:
Puilin & Shichen / Valesha & Kangning

Changing room door:
Carina & Marissa / Sirong & Wanting

** door people just guard the door and make sure nobody can leave until everyone pack finsh. but let the yangqin and sheng people and cellobase people out to keep/wash their instruments pls.

Chairs I.C:
Jia Yue & Cheryl / Wanqing & HengYeng

Rest of chair group:
Jiaqi, Letitia, Shufen, JinCheng, Yushan / ChenQi, Christine, Zijun, sihui, shenchen

Stands I.C:
Huiling & Sining / Yuehan & Xinyi

**I.Cs will be in charge of managing the people in the rest of their group to do the packing up, if the place is still messy after our duty, then these people have to 负责!!!! so I.Cs pls instruct the people properly and make sure the packing is done well. and dont just stand there and direct people, u also need to help out! also, you can also instruct the other people from other sections to pack properly also, esp for the stands cos a lot of ppl just anyhow throw it there.

hello all! this friday we're all going to watch the concert at SCH (singapore conference hall. not school)before that we go for xianyue dinner ok?

the past few times we always go tanjong pagar there eat quite sian le right ._. so shld be time for a change bah! can we go to bugis junction to eat dinner instead? there got a lot of small food stalls in basement we can just buy and eat yea? XD and its 4 stops from tanjong pagar! can can can can?
meet at 6.15 at bugis MRT station, then eat until 7.15 liddat? then take MRT to tanjong pagar. then walk over to SCH!?! yea?~~~
ok with everybody? or got other better suggestions?

p.s. those who havent pay me $18 pls go my class pay me! ty.

hello all we will be starting mon morn practices from next mon onwards (29march) to prepare our 红旗 which we never ever have time to prac during 小组 ._. so the pracs will just be on doing our 齐奏 first cos we will have to play this for the guzheng concert on 8may! (they invited xianyue to play an item for them so cannot 丢脸!!!)

6 weeks away

!! PLUS we have BLOCK TESTS in between so might have to cancel a few pracs!!! AHHHHHH OMG OMG NO TIMEEEEEE
so for now this week pls go home and revise all ur 红旗s!!!
we will split into groups first so here are our groupings...(the ones in brackets are the morn prac leaders who will be in charge of teaching the ppl in their grp)

2)clara jerene letitia shufen sylvia jiaqi (carina)
3)jincheng huiling shichen lanqiong jiayue cheryl (wanqing)
4)jiaying felicia yuehan(wangjia)

these groupings are tentative ok! after we try out we might shift people here and there and maybe merge some groups :D

shuying,christine,rachael,chenqi,zijun you all will have to come for ALL practices while the remaining sec1s only come for thurs 1.30-5pm 小组 :D
